Terms of Service (v2026-10)

ALLO KOREA — a service of ALLO PARTNERS Co., Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea
Version 2026-10 · Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Effective: 14 October 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and ALLO PARTNERS Co., Ltd. ("ALLO", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the ALLO KOREA website (allo-korea.com), create an account, or ask us to apply to a Korean language school for you. Please read them before you pay. The Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

ALLO KOREA is operated by ALLO PARTNERS Co., Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Korea.

  • Address: 161-8 Magokjungang-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea
  • Business registration number: 859-87-03642
  • Representative: HAN Taehyun
  • Email: [email protected]

We are not a school. We are an application service that works between you and the school you choose.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

ALLO KOREA helps international students apply to Korean university language programs (Korean language schools).

Included in the service fee

  • An eligibility check before you pay.
  • Review of your documents, with guidance on how to correct them. We reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, Korean time).
  • Submission of your application to the school, on your behalf.
  • Tracking of your application until the school issues the Standard Admission Letter (표준입학허가서, also called Certificate of Admission).
  • My page, where you upload documents and exchange messages with us.

Not included

  • The visa application, or anything that happens after the Standard Admission Letter is issued.
  • Notarisation, apostille, translation, courier and shipping costs.
  • Tuition, the school's application fee and dormitory fees. You pay these directly to the school. ALLO never holds this money.
  • Housing, a Korean SIM card, insurance, or any other service after your arrival.

The school decides whether to admit you. ALLO cannot promise admission.

3. Who can use the service

To use the service you must:

  • be 18 years old or older on the day you apply;
  • pass our eligibility check for the school and program length you choose (we check your nationality and age before you pay, and show you the result);
  • give true and complete information.

If you do not meet these conditions, we may refuse or stop the service. If we stop the service because our eligibility check was wrong, the Refund Policy applies.

4. Your account and My page

  • You sign in with your name, email address and phone number, or with your Google account if that option is shown. This applies to every account, including accounts created before this version of the Terms, because that information is already stored in your account.
  • The name, email address and phone number you use to sign in must match the information you gave when you created the account. Keep them up to date in My page.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share it. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • A parent or legal guardian may pay and sign in on behalf of a student. The student must still be 18 or older, and we may ask for a family-relationship certificate.
  • We may close an account that gives false information, does not respond, or is used for anything other than a real application.

5. Fees and payment

  • If you change from 1 semester to 2 or more, you pay the difference. If you change from 2 or more to 1, the difference is not refunded.
  • Tuition, application fees and dormitory fees are separate. The school sets them and you pay them to the school.

6. Your duties

  • Give true, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
  • Upload all required documents in My page within 30 days of payment. We may extend this once if you ask before the deadline.
  • Respect the deadlines of the school. The school sets them, and we show them in My page.
  • Answer our messages. If we cannot reach you, the application can stop.
  • Pay tuition and other school fees to the school on time, as the school instructs.

7. Our duties

  • We check your eligibility before you pay.

  • We submit your application to the school on your behalf, once your documents are complete.
  • We keep track of your application and tell you when the school issues the Standard Admission Letter.
  • We keep your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Where our responsibility ends

Our service ends when the school issues the Standard Admission Letter. After that point we do not provide any service, and we are not responsible for:

  • your visa application or its result;
  • travel, arrival, housing, enrolment or attendance;
  • any change the school makes to the program, schedule or fees after admission.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (v2026-10). In short:

  • full refund if you cancel within 14 days of payment and before we start reviewing your documents;
  • full refund, or a free transfer to another school or intake, when the process stops on our side or the school's side;
  • no refund when the process stops on your side;
  • nothing after the Standard Admission Letter is covered.

Please read the full Refund Policy before you pay.

10. Limitation of liability

  • We are not the school. Admission decisions, class placement, schedules, tuition and dormitory decisions are made by the school.
  • We are not responsible for the result of your visa application or any decision of the Korean immigration authorities.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by false or late information from you, by the school, by payment providers, or by events outside our control.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid to us.
  • This section does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page.
  • We announce changes on the website at least 7 days before they take effect. If a change is unfavourable to you, we announce it at least 30 days before.
  • The version you accepted at payment applies to your application. A new version does not change the refund rules of an application that is already paid.

12. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.
  • If we have a disagreement, please write to us first. We reply within 1 business day.
  • If we cannot solve it together, you can ask the Korea Consumer Agency for mediation before going to court.
  • Courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence says otherwise.
  • If you live in the European Union, you keep the consumer rights that the law of your home country makes mandatory. Nothing in these Terms removes them.
  • We keep a record of your acceptance of these Terms (time, version 2026-10 and IP address) for 5 years, as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
