How do I make friends at language school? Scared no one will sit next to me
Starting next semester and my Korean is basically zero. I'm not great at walking up to strangers. What actually helps in the first week?

- Your classmates are your network, not just your friends. They're who you'll ask about visa renewals, part-time jobs and apartments later.

First week I ate lunch alone twice and thought that was it. Then someone asked if I wanted to join. Three years later they're still my closest friends here. Give it more than a week.
