Things to know

Cancellation · No-show Policy

Before confirmation: You may cancel anytime. 100% refund.
After confirmation: The pre-paid deposit / booking fee is non-refundable (to prevent no-shows).
No-show: If you don’t move in on the scheduled date or cancel without notice, the deposit is not refunded.
After move-in: Any cancellation/refund follows the actual accommodation’s policy. The ALLO KOREA service fee is non-refundable.

Payment & Move-in Process

Before arrival (online): International guests pre-pay ALLO KOREA service fee (USD 80) + the accommodation deposit/booking fee.
Reservation: ALLO KOREA books the accommodation on your behalf, so you can move in immediately after arriving in Korea.
Monthly rent (balance): Paid after move-in, directly to the accommodation, following their usual payment method.
