Campo de aplicaci\u00f3n y definiciones<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>La presente pol\u00edtica se aplica al servicio \u00ab <strong>Inicio de la vida coreana<\/strong> \u00bb(Logement - Banque - T\u00e9l\u00e9phonie - ARC - Sant\u00e9) fourni par ALLO Global Corporation (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb).<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Naturaleza del servicio :<\/strong> La asistencia prestada por la Sociedad es totalmente gratuita para el cliente.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Inicio del servicio :<\/strong> El momento en que el cliente, tras su llegada a C\u00f3rcega, se presenta en las oficinas de la Sociedad (o en un lugar designado) y recibe la primera consulta\/procedimiento en persona.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>D\u00eda laborable :<\/strong> Horarios de apertura de los bancos y administraciones coru\u00f1esas (fines de semana y d\u00edas festivos). Si el cliente llega un fin de semana o un d\u00eda festivo, el procedimiento comenzar\u00e1 el <strong>d\u00eda laborable siguiente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Structure des frais<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Frais de service ALLO KOREA :<\/strong> Gratis<\/li>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fournit son assistance sans frais pour les d\u00e9marches suivantes :\n    <ul>\n      <li>B\u00fasqueda de alojamiento<\/li>\n      <li>Apertura de cuenta bancaria<\/li>\n      <li>Obtenci\u00f3n de una tarjeta SIM<\/li>\n      <li>Asistencia ARC (Tarjeta de Registro de Extranjeros)<\/li>\n      <li>Orientation pour l'assurance sant\u00e9<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>El cliente sigue siendo responsable de <strong>frais de tiers<\/strong> li\u00e9s aux d\u00e9marches (ex. : d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie, loyer, carte SIM, frais administratifs, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Annulation du service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>El cliente puede cancelar el servicio en cualquier momento antes o despu\u00e9s de su llegada a Croacia.<\/li>\n  <li>Dado que la asistencia prestada por la Sociedad es gratuita, no se aplicar\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Frais de tiers et exceptions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Les frais de tiers (ex. : frais d'agence immobili\u00e8re, d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie, loyer, carte SIM\/forfait, frais administratifs, traduction\/l\u00e9galisation, etc.) ne sont pas remboursables par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n  <li>Si los gastos han sido adelantados por un organismo superior, las condiciones de reembolso ser\u00e1n las del organismo en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Obligaciones de cooperaci\u00f3n del cliente y fuerza mayor<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>El \u00e9xito de las gestiones depende de la cooperaci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/li>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable de retards caus\u00e9s par :\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de clientes :<\/strong> Non-remise de documents obligatoires, informations incorrectes, absence \u00e0 un rendez-vous administratif, in\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 (visa, solvabilit\u00e9, justificatifs, etc.).<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Fuerza mayor :<\/strong> Fines de semana, d\u00edas festivos, tormentas, p\u00e1nicos sist\u00e9micos, cat\u00e1strofes naturales, cambios en las pol\u00edticas gubernamentales o bancarias, escasez de viviendas disponibles para inmigrantes, etc.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. 6. Garant\u00eda de servicio<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s'engage \u00e0 fournir son assistance avec diligence et \u00e0 proposer des alternatives raisonnables lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire (banque, op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, logement, rendez-vous administratifs, etc.).<\/li>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 agit comme <strong>servicio de acompa\u00f1amiento<\/strong> y no puede garantizar las decisiones tomadas por organismos superiores (bancos, agencias inmobiliarias, operadores de telefon\u00eda, inmigraci\u00f3n, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Si el cliente llega en fin de semana o d\u00eda festivo, el proceso comenzar\u00e1 el <strong>siguiente d\u00eda laborable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Estructura de las tarifas<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Tasa de servicio de ALLO KOREA:<\/strong> Gratuito.<\/li>\n  <li>La empresa ofrece asistencia gratuita para los siguientes procedimientos:\n    <ul>\n      <li>Orientaci\u00f3n para la b\u00fasqueda de vivienda<\/li>\n      <li>Asistencia para la apertura de cuentas bancarias<\/li>\n      <li>Gu\u00eda para configurar la tarjeta SIM y el plan de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil<\/li>\n      <li>Asistencia en el procedimiento ARC (tarjeta de registro de extranjeros)<\/li>\n      <li>Orientaci\u00f3n sobre el seguro de enfermedad<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>El cliente sigue siendo responsable de cualquier <strong>costes de terceros<\/strong> relacionados con estos tr\u00e1mites (por ejemplo, dep\u00f3sitos de vivienda, alquiler, tasas de la tarjeta SIM, tasas gubernamentales, costes de traducci\u00f3n o notarizaci\u00f3n, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Cancelaci\u00f3n del servicio<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>El cliente puede cancelar el servicio en cualquier momento antes o despu\u00e9s de su llegada a Corea.<\/li>\n  <li>Dado que la asistencia prestada por la Empresa es gratuita, no se aplican procedimientos de reembolso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Costes de terceros y excepciones<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Los gastos de terceros (por ejemplo, honorarios de agentes inmobiliarios, dep\u00f3sitos de vivienda, alquileres mensuales, tarjetas SIM o planes de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil, tasas administrativas gubernamentales, servicios de traducci\u00f3n o legalizaci\u00f3n, etc.) no son reembolsables por la Empresa.<\/li>\n  <li>Si la Empresa ha adelantado alg\u00fan pago de terceros en nombre del cliente, los reembolsos seguir\u00e1n la pol\u00edtica de la instituci\u00f3n respectiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Cooperaci\u00f3n del cliente y fuerza mayor<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>El \u00e9xito de los procedimientos depende de la cooperaci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/li>\n  <li>La Empresa no se hace responsable de los retrasos causados por:\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Falta de cooperaci\u00f3n del cliente:<\/strong> No facilitar los documentos requeridos, informaci\u00f3n incorrecta, no acudir a las citas con bancos\/entidades inmobiliarias\/oficinas de inmigraci\u00f3n, p\u00e9rdida de contacto o incumplimiento de los requisitos de admisibilidad.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Fuerza mayor:<\/strong> Fines de semana, d\u00edas festivos, huelgas, cortes del sistema, cat\u00e1strofes naturales, cambios en la pol\u00edtica gubernamental o bancaria, o disponibilidad limitada de citas de inmigraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. Garant\u00eda de servicio<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>La empresa proporcionar\u00e1 asistencia razonable y alternativas siempre que sea posible (banco alternativo, transportista, propiedad o programaci\u00f3n de citas).<\/li>\n  <li>La empresa act\u00faa como <strong>servicio de apoyo y facilitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y no puede garantizar las decisiones tomadas por terceras instituciones como bancos, agencias inmobiliarias, operadores de telecomunicaciones o autoridades de inmigraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Comercio Electr\u00f3nico y la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n del Consumidor).<\/li>\n  <li>Sin embargo, para los clientes que residen en el extranjero, pueden ser de aplicaci\u00f3n las leyes obligatorias de protecci\u00f3n de los consumidores del pa\u00eds de residencia (como la Directiva sobre derechos de los consumidores de la UE, la normativa sobre contratos de consumo del Reino Unido o las leyes de
