Champ d\u2019application et d\u00e9finitions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>La pr\u00e9sente politique s\u2019applique au service \u00ab <strong>Korean Life Starter<\/strong> \u00bb (Logement \u00b7 Banque \u00b7 T\u00e9l\u00e9phonie \u00b7 ARC \u00b7 Sant\u00e9) fourni par ALLO Global Corporation (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb).<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Nature du service :<\/strong> L\u2019assistance fournie par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est enti\u00e8rement gratuite pour le client.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>D\u00e9but du service :<\/strong> Le moment o\u00f9 le client, apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e en Cor\u00e9e, se rend dans les bureaux de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (ou sur un lieu d\u00e9sign\u00e9) et entame la premi\u00e8re consultation\/proc\u00e9dure en personne.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Jour ouvrable :<\/strong> Jours o\u00f9 les banques et administrations cor\u00e9ennes sont ouvertes (hors week-ends et jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s). Si le client arrive un week-end\/jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9, la proc\u00e9dure commence le <strong>jour ouvrable suivant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Structure des frais<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Frais de service ALLO KOREA :<\/strong> Gratuit<\/li>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fournit son assistance sans frais pour les d\u00e9marches suivantes :\n    <ul>\n      <li>Recherche de logement<\/li>\n      <li>Ouverture de compte bancaire<\/li>\n      <li>Obtention d\u2019une carte SIM<\/li>\n      <li>Assistance ARC (Alien Registration Card)<\/li>\n      <li>Orientation pour l\u2019assurance sant\u00e9<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>Le client reste responsable des <strong>frais de tiers<\/strong> li\u00e9s aux d\u00e9marches (ex. : d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie, loyer, carte SIM, frais administratifs, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Annulation du service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Le client peut annuler le service \u00e0 tout moment avant ou apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e en Cor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n  <li>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019assistance fournie par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est gratuite, aucun remboursement n\u2019est applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Frais de tiers et exceptions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Les frais de tiers (ex. : frais d\u2019agence immobili\u00e8re, d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie, loyer, carte SIM\/forfait, frais administratifs, traduction\/l\u00e9galisation, etc.) ne sont pas remboursables par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n  <li>Si des frais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 avanc\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un organisme tiers, les conditions de remboursement seront celles de l\u2019organisme concern\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Obligations de coop\u00e9ration du client et force majeure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>La r\u00e9ussite des d\u00e9marches d\u00e9pend de la coop\u00e9ration du client.<\/li>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable de retards caus\u00e9s par :\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Manquement du client :<\/strong> Non-remise de documents obligatoires, informations incorrectes, absence \u00e0 un rendez-vous administratif, in\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 (visa, solvabilit\u00e9, justificatifs, etc.).<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Force majeure :<\/strong> Week-ends, jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s, gr\u00e8ves, pannes syst\u00e8me, catastrophes naturelles, changements de politiques gouvernementales ou bancaires, manque de cr\u00e9neaux disponibles en immigration, etc.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. Garantie de service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019engage \u00e0 fournir son assistance avec diligence et \u00e0 proposer des alternatives raisonnables lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire (banque, op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, logement, rendez-vous administratifs, etc.).<\/li>\n  <li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 agit comme <strong>service d\u2019accompagnement<\/strong> et ne peut garantir les d\u00e9cisions prises par des organismes tiers (banques, agences immobili\u00e8res, op\u00e9rateurs t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, immigration, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Scope and Definitions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>This policy applies to the \u201c<strong>Korean Life Starter<\/strong>\u201d service (Housing \u00b7 Banking \u00b7 Mobile \u00b7 ARC \u00b7 Health Support) provided by ALLO Global Corporation (hereinafter the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Service Nature:<\/strong> The assistance provided by the Company is offered <strong>free of charge<\/strong> to customers.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Service Commencement:<\/strong> The moment when the customer, after arriving in Korea, visits the Company\u2019s office (or designated location) and begins the first in-person consultation or administrative procedure.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Business Day:<\/strong> Weekdays when Korean banks and government offices operate (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the customer arrives on a weekend or public holiday, the process will begin on the <strong>next business day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Service Fee Structure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>ALLO KOREA Service Fee:<\/strong> Free of charge.<\/li>\n  <li>The Company provides assistance for the following procedures at no cost:\n    <ul>\n      <li>Housing search guidance<\/li>\n      <li>Bank account opening assistance<\/li>\n      <li>SIM card and mobile plan setup guidance<\/li>\n      <li>ARC (Alien Registration Card) procedure assistance<\/li>\n      <li>Health insurance orientation<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>The customer remains responsible for any <strong>third-party costs<\/strong> related to these procedures (e.g., housing deposits, rent, SIM card fees, government fees, translation or notarization costs, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Service Cancellation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>The customer may cancel the service at any time before or after arrival in Korea.<\/li>\n  <li>As the assistance provided by the Company is free of charge, no refund procedures apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Third-Party Costs and Exceptions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Third-party costs (e.g., real estate broker fees, housing deposits, monthly rent, SIM cards or mobile plans, government administrative fees, translation or legalization services, etc.) are not refundable by the Company.<\/li>\n  <li>If the Company has advanced any third-party payment on behalf of the customer, refunds will follow the policy of the respective institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Customer Cooperation and Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>The success of the procedures depends on the cooperation of the customer.<\/li>\n  <li>The Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Customer non-cooperation:<\/strong> Failure to provide required documents, incorrect information, missing appointments with banks\/real estate\/immigration offices, loss of contact, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Force majeure:<\/strong> Weekends, public holidays, strikes, system outages, natural disasters, government or banking policy changes, or limited immigration appointment availability.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. Service Guarantee<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>The Company will provide reasonable assistance and alternatives whenever possible (alternative bank, carrier, property, or appointment scheduling).<\/li>\n  <li>The Company acts as a <strong>support and facilitation service<\/strong> and cannot guarantee decisions made by third-party institutions such as banks, real estate agencies, telecom operators, or immigration authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. customers residing abroad, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, or US state laws) may
