pr\u00e9sentes Conditions d&#8217;Utilisation des Services ALLO KOREA (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab Conditions \u00bb) \u00e9tablissent les proc\u00e9dures pour les clients utilisant les services de soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;installation en Cor\u00e9e fournis par ALLO GLOBAL Corp (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) via le site web <a href=\"https:\/\/allo-korea.com\">https:\/\/allo-korea.com<\/a> et les services connexes (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab Services \u00bb), ainsi que toutes les questions concernant les droits et obligations des clients et de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en relation avec l&#8217;utilisation des services.<\/p><h2>Article 2 (D\u00e9finition des Termes)<\/h2><p>Les termes utilis\u00e9s dans les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions sont d\u00e9finis comme suit :<\/p><ol><li>\u00ab Services \u00bb d\u00e9signe les services de soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;installation en Cor\u00e9e fournis par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 aux clients tels que d\u00e9finis dans les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions.<\/li><li>\u00ab Client \u00bb d\u00e9signe une personne qui a accept\u00e9 les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions et compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les proc\u00e9dures de demande de service et de paiement.<\/li><li>\u00ab Frais de Service \u00bb d\u00e9signe le montant pay\u00e9 par les clients \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour l&#8217;utilisation des Services.<\/li><li>\u00ab Services de Soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;Installation \u00bb d\u00e9signe les services de soutien complets pour \u00e9tablir la vie en Cor\u00e9e, incluant l&#8217;assistance \u00e0 la recherche de logement, le soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;ouverture de compte bancaire, le soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;activation de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile, le soutien \u00e0 la demande de Carte d&#8217;Enregistrement d&#8217;\u00c9tranger (ARC), et l&#8217;inscription \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance sant\u00e9.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 3 (Efficacit\u00e9 des Conditions)<\/h2><ol><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut \u00e9tablir et exploiter des politiques individuelles (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab Politiques \u00bb) pour les questions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es non sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es dans les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions, et publiera ce contenu sur le site web.<\/li><li>Les Politiques constituent une partie de l&#8217;accord de service (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab Accord d&#8217;Utilisation \u00bb) avec les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions.<\/li><li>En cas de divergences entre les versions traduites et la version originale des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions, les Conditions d&#8217;Utilisation cor\u00e9ennes pr\u00e9vaudront.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 4 (Publication et Modification des Conditions)<\/h2><ol><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 publiera les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions sur le site web afin que les clients puissent facilement les comprendre.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut modifier les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions selon les besoins dans la limite de ne pas violer les lois pertinentes, et annoncera le contenu modifi\u00e9 et la date d&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur via le site web au moins 7 jours avant la date d&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur.<\/li><li>Pour les changements d\u00e9favorables aux clients, un pr\u00e9avis sera donn\u00e9 au moins 30 jours avant la date d&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur.<\/li><li>Les clients qui n&#8217;acceptent pas les conditions modifi\u00e9es peuvent cesser l&#8217;utilisation du service.<\/li><li>Si la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 notifie clairement aux clients que l&#8217;absence d&#8217;expression d&#8217;intention avant la date d&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un consentement lors de l&#8217;annonce des conditions et politiques modifi\u00e9es selon le paragraphe 2, et que les clients n&#8217;expriment pas explicitement leur refus, ils seront r\u00e9put\u00e9s avoir accept\u00e9 les conditions et politiques modifi\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 5 (Formation de l&#8217;Accord d&#8217;Utilisation)<\/h2><ol><li>Un accord d&#8217;utilisation est form\u00e9 lorsqu&#8217;un client souhaitant utiliser les Services accepte les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions, compl\u00e8te le processus de demande incluant la s\u00e9lection des m\u00e9thodes de paiement et la saisie des informations de paiement, et que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 accepte la demande du client.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut refuser ou reporter l&#8217;acceptation si la demande du client rel\u00e8ve de l&#8217;un des cas suivants :<ul><li>Demande faite en violation des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions<\/li><li>Informations fausses fournies ou d\u00e9faut de fournir les informations requises<\/li><li>Autres motifs raisonnables de ne pas accepter la demande tels que d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>L&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation du service reste valide jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;expiration de la p\u00e9riode de service s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e par le client lors de la demande.<\/li><li>Lorsque l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation prend fin en raison de l&#8217;expiration, de l&#8217;annulation ou d&#8217;autres raisons, la qualification du client se termine automatiquement avec l&#8217;accord.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 6 (Services et Frais)<\/h2><ol><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fournit des services disponibles via le site web aux clients qui ont pay\u00e9 les frais de service.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 annonce les d\u00e9tails sp\u00e9cifiques incluant le contenu du service, les m\u00e9thodes de livraison et les frais via le site web.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut modifier le contenu du service et les frais si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 7 (M\u00e9thodes de Paiement et Dates de Paiement)<\/h2><ol><li>Les clients doivent saisir les m\u00e9thodes de paiement et les informations de paiement lors de la demande de services.<\/li><li>Les m\u00e9thodes de paiement accept\u00e9es par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 incluent :<ul><li>Cartes de cr\u00e9dit (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li><li>PayPal<\/li><li>Autres m\u00e9thodes de paiement d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Lorsque le paiement est compl\u00e9t\u00e9, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 notifiera aux clients les d\u00e9tails du paiement via des m\u00e9dias \u00e9lectroniques ou des m\u00e9thodes sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;Article 16, paragraphe 1. Cependant, cette notification peut \u00eatre omise avec le consentement explicite du client.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 8 (Annulation et Remboursements)<\/h2><ol><li>Les clients peuvent notifier \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 leur intention d&#8217;annuler l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation du service.<\/li><li><strong>Droit de R\u00e9tractation<\/strong> : Selon la Loi sur le Commerce \u00c9lectronique, les clients peuvent se r\u00e9tracter de leur souscription dans les 7 jours suivant la date du contrat. Cependant, cela ne s&#8217;applique pas lorsque la fourniture du service a commenc\u00e9.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fournit des remboursements dans les cas suivants :<ul><li>Lorsque la fourniture du service est impossible en raison de la faute de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li><li>Lorsque la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9choue \u00e0 fournir les services promis<\/li><li>Autres raisons sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es par les lois pertinentes<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Traitement des Remboursements<\/strong> : Lorsque des raisons de remboursement surviennent, les proc\u00e9dures de remboursement seront initi\u00e9es dans les 3 jours ouvrables selon la m\u00e9thode de paiement.<\/li><li>Une fois qu&#8217;un remboursement est trait\u00e9, les Services ne peuvent plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 9 (Actes Interdits et Restrictions d&#8217;Utilisation)<\/h2><ol><li>Si les clients s&#8217;engagent dans les actes interdits suivants ou des actes constituant des motifs de r\u00e9siliation selon les conditions, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut r\u00e9silier ou annuler l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation sans pr\u00e9avis, restreindre l&#8217;utilisation du service pendant une certaine p\u00e9riode, et la re-demande et l&#8217;utilisation du client seront restreintes :<ul><li>Transf\u00e9rer les droits ou obligations selon les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions \u00e0 des tiers<\/li><li>Utiliser les noms ou informations de paiement de tiers<\/li><li>Utiliser les Services \u00e0 des fins ill\u00e9gales ou inappropri\u00e9es<\/li><li>Interf\u00e9rer avec la fourniture de service de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut r\u00e9silier l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation sans pr\u00e9avis si les clients s&#8217;engagent dans les actes interdits mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus.<\/li><li>Les clients peuvent faire appel de la r\u00e9siliation, l&#8217;annulation et les restrictions d&#8217;utilisation de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 via des proc\u00e9dures \u00e9tablies par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et si la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 reconna\u00eet l&#8217;appel comme justifi\u00e9, l&#8217;utilisation du service sera reprise.<\/li><li>Lorsque l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation est r\u00e9sili\u00e9 selon cet article, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 remboursera les frais de service pay\u00e9s par les clients, en d\u00e9duisant les avantages re\u00e7us par les clients de l&#8217;utilisation du service.<\/li><li>Si les avantages d\u00e9duits selon le paragraphe 4 d\u00e9passent le montant du remboursement, le montant exc\u00e9dentaire doit \u00eatre pay\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment via des m\u00e9thodes d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 10 (Droits et Obligations de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9)<\/h2><ol><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fera de son mieux pour fournir des services de mani\u00e8re stable conform\u00e9ment aux pr\u00e9sentes Conditions.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut modifier tout ou partie des Services, y compris les frais et la composition du service, lorsque n\u00e9cessaire pour des raisons op\u00e9rationnelles ou techniques ou d&#8217;autres raisons significatives, et publiera les questions pertinentes sur le site web avant les changements.<\/li><li>Cependant, pour des changements significatifs ou d\u00e9favorables aux clients, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 notifiera en utilisant les m\u00e9thodes sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;Article 16, paragraphe 1, et les clients qui n&#8217;acceptent pas les changements significatifs ou d\u00e9favorables peuvent r\u00e9silier l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation tel que sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;Article 8.<\/li><li>Lors du changement des frais de service selon le paragraphe 2, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 doit notifier aux clients la proposition de changement incluant les nouveaux frais et le timing d&#8217;application, et obtenir le consentement avant que les frais modifi\u00e9s soient factur\u00e9s. Cependant, cela exclut les cas o\u00f9 les frais changent en raison du d\u00e9but ou de la fin de promotions de r\u00e9duction irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fera des efforts pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes lorsque les plaintes soulev\u00e9es par les clients sont jug\u00e9es justifi\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Cependant, lorsque la r\u00e9solution rapide est difficile, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 notifiera aux clients les raisons et le calendrier de traitement.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut utiliser les informations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les activit\u00e9s d&#8217;utilisation du service des clients pour la compilation de donn\u00e9es statistiques, la promotion, l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration et l&#8217;application des Services ou services connexes.<\/li><li>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut fournir les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;utilisation du service des clients aux agences pertinentes sans consentement du client lorsque demand\u00e9 par les agences d&#8217;investigation \u00e0 des fins d&#8217;enqu\u00eate ou d&#8217;autres institutions publiques via des proc\u00e9dures \u00e9tablies par les lois pertinentes.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 11 (Droits et Obligations du Client)<\/h2><ol><li>Les clients ont le droit d&#8217;utiliser les services en conformit\u00e9 avec l&#8217;accord d&#8217;utilisation.<\/li><li>Les clients doivent se conformer aux pr\u00e9sentes Conditions et au contenu notifi\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 concernant les Services. Corp (hereinafter &#8220;Company&#8221;) through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/allo-korea.com\">https:\/\/allo-korea.com<\/a> and related services (hereinafter &#8220;Services&#8221;), as well as all matters concerning the rights and obligations of customers and the Company in relation to service usage.<\/p><h2>Article 2 (Definition of Terms)<\/h2><p>The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:<\/p><ol><li>&#8220;Services&#8221; means the Korea settlement support services provided by the Company to customers as defined in these Terms.<\/li><li>&#8220;Customer&#8221; means a person who has agreed to these Terms and completed the service application and payment procedures.<\/li><li>&#8220;Service Fee&#8221; means the amount paid by customers to the Company for using the Services.<\/li><li>&#8220;Settlement Support Services&#8221; means comprehensive support services for establishing life in Korea, including housing search assistance, bank account opening support, mobile phone activation support, Alien Registration Card (ARC) application support, and health insurance enrollment.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 3 (Effectiveness of Terms)<\/h2><ol><li>The Company may establish and operate individual policies (hereinafter &#8220;Policies&#8221;) for detailed matters not specified in these Terms, and shall post such content on the website.<\/li><li>Policies constitute part of the service agreement (hereinafter &#8220;Usage Agreement&#8221;) together with these Terms.<\/li><li>In case of discrepancies between translated versions and the original version of these Terms, the Korean Terms of Use shall take precedence.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 4 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)<\/h2><ol><li>The Company shall post these Terms on the website so that customers can easily understand them.<\/li><li>The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of not violating relevant laws, and shall announce the amended content and effective date through the website at least 7 days before the effective date.<\/li><li>For changes unfavorable to customers, notice shall be given at least 30 days before the effective date.<\/li><li>Customers who policies.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 5 (Formation of Usage Agreement)<\/h2><ol><li>A usage agreement is formed when a customer wishing to use the Services agrees to these Terms, completes the application process including selecting payment methods and entering payment information, and the Company accepts the customer&#8217;s application.<\/li><li>The Company may refuse or defer acceptance if the customer&#8217;s application falls under any of the following:<ul><li>Application made in violation of these Terms<\/li><li>False information provided or failure to provide required information<\/li><li>Other reasonable grounds for not accepting the application as determined by the Company<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The service usage agreement remains valid until the expiration of the service period selected by the customer upon application.<\/li><li>When the usage agreement terminates due to expiration, cancellation, or other reasons, the customer&#8217;s qualification automatically terminates with the agreement.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 6 (Services and Fees)<\/h2><ol><li>The Company provides services available through the website to customers who have paid service fees.<\/li><li>The Company announces specific details including service content, delivery methods, and fees through the website.<\/li><li>The Company may change service content and fees when necessary.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 7 (Payment Methods and Payment Dates)<\/h2><ol><li>Customers must enter payment methods and payment information when applying for services.<\/li><li>Payment methods accepted by the Company include:<ul><li>Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li><li>PayPal<\/li><li>Other payment methods designated by the Company<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>When payment is completed, the Company shall notify customers of payment details through electronic media or methods as specified in Article 16, paragraph 1. However, such notification may be omitted with the customer&#8217;s explicit consent.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 8 (Cancellation and Refunds)<\/h2><ol><li>Customers may notify the Company of their intent to cancel the service usage agreement.<\/li><li><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>: Under the Electronic Commerce Act, customers may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the contract date. However, this does not apply when service provision has commenced.<\/li><li>The Company provides refunds in the following cases:<ul><li>When service provision is impossible due to the Company&#8217;s fault<\/li><li>When the Company fails to provide promised services<\/li><li>Other reasons specified by relevant laws<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Refund Processing<\/strong>: When refund reasons occur, refund procedures will be initiated within 3 business days according to the payment method.<\/li><li>Once a refund is processed, the Services can no longer be used.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 9 (Prohibited Acts and Usage Restrictions)<\/h2><ol><li>If customers engage in the following prohibited acts or acts constituting grounds for termination under the terms, the Company may terminate or cancel the usage agreement without prior notice, restrict service usage for a certain period, and the customer&#8217;s re-application and usage shall be restricted:<ul><li>Transferring rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties<\/li><li>Using third parties&#8217; names or payment information<\/li><li>Using Services for illegal or improper purposes<\/li><li>Interfering with the Company&#8217;s service provision<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The Company may terminate the usage agreement without prior notice if customers engage in the prohibited acts mentioned above.<\/li><li>Customers may appeal the Company&#8217;s termination, cancellation, and usage restrictions through procedures established by the Company, and if the Company recognizes the appeal as justified, service usage will be resumed.<\/li><li>When the usage agreement is terminated under this article, the Company shall refund the service fees paid by customers, deducting benefits received by customers from service usage.<\/li><li>If benefits deducted under paragraph 4 exceed the refund amount, the excess amount must be paid separately through methods designated by the Company.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Article 10 (Company&#8217;s Rights and Obligations)<\/h2><ol><li>The Company shall make best efforts to provide services stably in accordance with these Terms.<\/li><li>The Company may change all or part of the Services, including fees and service composition, when necessary for operational or technical reasons or other significant reasons, and shall post relevant matters on the website before changes.<\/li><li>However, for significant changes or changes unfavorable to customers, the Company shall notify using methods specified in Article 16, paragraph 1, and customers who do not agree to significant or unfavorable changes may terminate the usage agreement as specified in Article 8.<\/li><li>When changing service fees under paragraph 2, the Company must notify customers of the change proposal including new fees and application timing, and obtain consent before the changed fees are charged.
